Is this because Newgrounds themselves are automatically changing my art's ratings or something else-

Well same, some of my art got "T" rated art
It's not NG, it's the NG moderators.
Changing age ratings is a pretty minor thing, so unless you rated NSFW work with "E" for the umpteenth time, there won't me any PMs or notifications. It's all about sensibilities and those are hard to put into a formula.
